Perhaps the UN and NATO are coming together to bring in the new governance, like two tidal waves flooding the planet / plan-IT. The UN is all about bringing people into mass hypnosis - I know they push it as something different in the TM (Truth Movement). I expect then that NATO is the fascist force that keeps them in place, keeps the resultant force from the UN in place although they probably keep the UN in place as well.

I heard their (UN / NATO) people using the phrase imprinting when referring to what others think of as brainwashing. In the tripods trilogy, the tripods used the Illuminati scapegoat symbology as an imprinting metaphor. The 'chosen ones' got an 'Illuminati' tattoo imprinted onto / into their bodies.
