'Gr-gr-grandma' in the lyrics to 'THEM' is a reference to the Queen mother, she made some comment 'respec'' about the dinner once, so she was obviously referencing rap music, maybe admitting her gangster lifestyle and they had 'Stutter rap' on the radio a lot around the 90's, or maybe it originally was 'Gr-gr-groper'.
