Divine In Vision Plans 1999

'Long-feared' as in since 1999 or before?

*Too! Too! Too!* like *Pew! Pew! Pew!*

Salisbury...plain to see the SkryPal (Skripal, Russian diplomats; skri(pal), scry to see, pal as in PayPal. also Skripal reminds me of Skruples (Scruples, a board game, also as in 'having no scruples).

2000AD Issue 1 is uncredited, but it looks like Pat Mills wrote the whole thing, and 'edited' ie wrote the first 16 issues (later renamed progs), he created Judge Dread.

'2000 AD (comics) From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia'
Meanwhile, Mills had developed a horror strip, inspired by the novels of Dennis Wheatley, about a hanging judge, called Judge Dread (after the reggae and ska artist of the same name). The idea was abandoned as unsuitable for the new comic, but the name, with a little modification, was adopted by Wagner for his ultimate lawman.
So by 2000AD Judge Dredd was MoreDredd (Mordred). Pat 'butcher' Mills could also be Starlord (a 'rival' magazine, perhaps he ran that after 16 issues of 2000AD).
2000 AD is a weekly British science fiction-orientated comic magazine. As a comics anthology it serialises stories in each issue (known as "progs")[note 1] and was first published by IPC Magazines in 1977, the first issue dated 26 February. IPC then shifted the title to its Fleetway comics subsidiary which was sold to Robert Maxwell in 1987 then Egmont UK in 1991. Fleetway continued to produce the title until 2000, when it was bought by Rebellion Developments.
^That could be the only reason Jordan Maxwell (via the Maxwell name) is given airtime/our time/heir time.

Issue 1 of 2000AD 'Pat Mills' predicted that Prince Charles III (predicting that he doesn't become King?) flees Britain due to Volgan invasion.

 'King Charles III - Trailer'

Most likely contenders for Volgans would be the Chinese, as the Volgans use 'Yellow Skull' is their emblem, although Yellow Skull/Yellow King can indicated a Hidden Master, it could be an invasion of the EU army or from Chino/Russia.

The Volgan Republic of Asia invaded Britain and swathes of Western Europe in the Eight Hour War on January 1, 1999. Its symbol was a yellow skull, bordered by a "V".
...The Volgans were originally meant to be the Soviet Union, with Invasion! set in the late 1980s. IPC changed this at the eleventh hour for fear of insulting the Russian embassy (there was a detente period in 1977); all the red stars were whited out and turned into skulls, and "Volgans" substituted in the text.[2] In 2004, Savage would explicitly make them Russian and that the new name came from the dominant Volgan People's Party. There's no V in the Russian alphabet. In 2013, Pat Mills retconned this as a freemason symbol.
Of course V could be for Vamphrii!
I back up my text to my blog (vlog, virtual log, short for volgan?) currently I have several drafts.
Discord Server chat is like a blog but a bit quicker and with feedback, I backup my blog also.
'Currently there are 13 magpies carrying Maggot text in the UK' someone might have said.
